Hiring: Remote NetSuite Administrator – 3-Month Contract (Potential for Extension!)

Are you a NetSuite Administrator looking for an exciting 100% remote opportunity? We are seeking a skilled professional to support and optimize our NetSuite ERP platform on a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.

What You’ll Do:

Incident & Issue Management: Quickly troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite user issues, documenting resolutions.

System Health & Optimization: Monitor performance, recommend improvements, and enhance NetSuite functionalities.

Strategic Support: Assist with NetSuite-related projects, providing technical expertise and analysis.

Process Improvement & Documentation: Map workflows, document system integrations, and recommend best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and more to ensure smooth NetSuite operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience (steady-state production environment).
• Experience with NetSuite reporting & analytics tools (saved searches, dashboards, KPIs).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in biotech/pharma industries.
• NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant).
• Integration experience with Salesforce, Workday, Coupa, or other enterprise applications.

Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in Eastern or Central Time Zones)

Duration: 3 months (with possible extension)
