What are the responsibilities and job description for the NetSuite/IT Administrator position at Softworld, a Kelly Company?
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with our tech stack (order of importance): NetSuite, SPS Commerce, Microsoft 365, WordPress.
- Able to research and make recommendations on future IT systems and software: e.g., HRIS systems like Paylocity, Ubiquiti networking hardware, Shopify for e-commerce etc.
- Experience setting up and maintaining hardware and software for a warehouse office environment
- Being able to work efficiently with very limited IT resources: mostly a strong individual contributor but can utilize external vendor when necessary and collaborate with China based IT team.
- Able to define and set a financial budget and a set of KPIs to hit for US based IT functions.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
