SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Analyst
Location: Somerset, NJ (Hybrid: Tues/Wed/Thurs onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $140 - 160K base 10% annual bonus

Position Summary
We’re looking for a seasoned SAP EWM Analyst with deep hands-on expertise in Advanced Production Integration, Serial Number Management, and Cartonization Planning, as well as strong command of E2E Inbound and Outbound logistics processes. In this hybrid role based in Somerset, NJ, you’ll support and enhance SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management solutions for operations across North and South America. You’ll be part of a high-impact team focused on streamlining supply chain processes and driving innovation in warehouse and distribution operations.
Key Experience Areas (Must-Haves)
Advanced Production Integration within EWM, including integration with manufacturing processes and shop floor control.
Serial Number Management, ensuring traceability and compliance across warehouse operations.
Physical Inventory processes including cycle counting, inventory adjustments, and process variations.
Strong understanding of End-to-End Inbound and Outbound logistics workflows, including GR/GI, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.
Experience with Exception Handling in EWM, addressing variances, discrepancies, and error resolution.
Cartonization Planning, including configuration and optimization of packaging strategies.
Core Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Process Design
Partner with SAP COE leaders and Logistics Architects to shape the warehouse management roadmap in line with business goals.
Configure and deploy solutions for production, procurement, and distribution using SAP S/4HANA EWM.
Lead and document process improvements for logistics, warehousing, and quality management functions.
Implementation & Support
Lead configuration, testing, and deployment activities for SAP EWM solutions.
Coordinate integration testing, cutover planning, and production go-lives.
Troubleshoot functional issues, optimize workflows, and support key users with detailed documentation.
Cross-Functional Integration
Support EWM integration with external systems (e.g., Hyperion, Tungsten, Esker).
Maintain Global Process Design Templates and provide expertise for SAP/non-SAP system initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
SAP EWM Certification strongly preferred.
5–8 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP EWM in global environments, including SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0.
Preferred industry background in medical device or life sciences.
Familiar with IDOCs, SAP Workflow, SOX/IRM compliance, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 validation.
Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies a plus.
