Job Location: Boston, Massachusetts 02210 (Hybrid Role)

Onsite Requirements:

• Requires 7 years of experience.
• Must have an engineering background - Architectural, Structural (Civil), Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (within civil/architectural industries).
• Must have experience running entire projects from conception to delivery (not just a lead title).
• Must come from an Architecture/Engineering firm.
• Experience in Data Farms, Mission Critical Facilities, and Clean Room Labs is essential

Job Opportunity:

• Looking for a Senior MEP Project Manager in the dynamic Boston office (Hybrid role).
• This is a senior-level role, where you will play an integral part in:
  • Business development
  • Client relations
  • Mentorship of junior staff
    

Responsibilities:

• Management of schedule and budgets for a multitude of projects.
• Responsible for client communications.
• Should have knowledge of technical terms and be able to have a good rapport with outside partners.
• Effectively develop and manage project designs from initial concept through design documents, construction documents, and close-out.
• Collaborate and coordinate with all trade departments.
• Construction Administration activities including:
  • Submittal reviews
  • RFI responses
  • Shop Drawing reviews.
• Ability to perform site investigation surveys to support design efforts and interim and final punch list reviews to support Construction Administration and Project Closeout.
• Manages QC and deliverables as well as deadlines.
• Assist with business development.

Knowledge, Qualifications, and Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• Master's & PE license preferred.
• 10 years of project management experience.
• Understand industry trends.
• Fluency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and cloud tools.
• Strong communication and computer skills are required.
• Working knowledge of BIM and Revit.
• The preferred candidate will have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
