Job Description :
To drive the design and development of innovative solutions for customer-driven challenges involving ruggedized miniature electro-mechanical systems, systems for harsh environments (e.g., high-g, high-temperature, high-vibration), robotics, and autonomous systems. This role contributes to developing cutting-edge technologies for missions critical to national interests.
Duties / Responsibilities
Execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the performance, functionality, and durability of hardware products.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware products to ensure compliance with specifications, requirements, and quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of hardware defects; implement preventive measures to minimize future occurrences.
Contribute to requirements development, propose solutions, and adapt to changing requirements.
Perform analytical modeling and finite element analysis of complex electro-mechanical systems.
Provide insights and suggest design modifications based on analysis outcomes, applying techniques across various technical disciplines.
Identify program / system-level technical risks and develop / execute mitigation strategies.
Mentor less experienced engineers, offering thoughtful and constructive feedback.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills / Abilities

Education

3-5 years of engineering experience with a master's degree.
Additional Requirements
Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance (proof of US citizenship required).
