Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our technology infrastructure, implementing new systems, and recommending future IT solutions. You will work closely with our China-based IT team to ensure successful project execution and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of IT strategies.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Implement new systems and software, including Microsoft PowerBI, Salesforce, and Pimberly PIM.
- Research and recommend future IT systems and software, such as HRIS systems like Paylocity and Ubiquiti networking hardware.
- Set up and maintain hardware and software for our warehouse and office environment.
This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
