Job Description:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic person to join our growing Engineering team as a Quality Assurance Engineer specializing in manual testing, planning & analysis. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for building great companies and being a key member of a cohesive team. The role requires a willingness to explore new areas outside of one's comfort zone, while also working to constantly pursue best-in-class practices to improve architectural & procedural efficiency, stability and reliability.
What you will do:
- The Quality Assurance Engineer will report to our Director of Technology and be responsible for:
- Testing new games, client applications & user flows.
- Defining test plans & strategy.
- Creating technical documentation.
- Working with a cross-functional team to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Role/Skills:
- Manual tester.
- Anywhere from entry-level to junior-level person, up to two years of experience.
- Experience with CSS, JavaScript, front-end debugging, TestPad, test management software.
- Will consider a super junior person with upside.
- Bug testing experience.
- Communication via Slack and Jira, so experience with both is a plus.
- Small company with a small team, looking for people with a chill vibe, but entrepreneurial and flexible.
