Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Solution Architect with expertise in the Nuclear/EAM area to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting solutions that meet the needs of our nuclear and enterprise asset management operations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement IT solutions supporting the nuclear and enterprise asset management (EAM) areas.
- Leverage SAP expertise (preferably S/4HANA) to streamline and enhance nuclear IT and EAM processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for nuclear IT systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to post-implementation support.
- Ensure systems integration, data integrity, and process optimization across nuclear IT and EAM platforms.
- Periodically work on-site in Newark, NJ (up to 3 days every other week) to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure project alignment.
Required Qualifications:
- Nuclear IT Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in supporting IT solutions within nuclear operations or similar regulated environments.
- SAP Experience:
- Strong proficiency in SAP, with a preference for experience in S/4HANA implementation and support.
- Willingness to Work On-Site:
- Ability to work from Newark, NJ, for up to 3 days every other week, as required.
- EAM Experience:
- Hands-on experience with enterprise asset management solutions, preferably within SAP or similar platforms.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of SAP modules related to nuclear and EAM functions.
- Strong understanding of IT security and compliance in regulated industries.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid work environment.
