Job Description:
- Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions to support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting.
- Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with finance, accounting, and executive teams to understand business planning, workforce planning, revenue modeling, and operational forecasting needs.
- Integration & Data Management: Ensure seamless integration with Workday Financials, HCM, and other ERP systems, leveraging best practices for data flow and automation.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Identify opportunities to improve planning, budgeting, and reporting processes through automation and system enhancements.
- Configuration & Testing: Configure Workday Adaptive Planning modules, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful go live.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with finance, IT, and executive leadership to align planning solutions with business objectives and best practices.
- Training & Documentation: Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation, and conduct training sessions to drive user adoption.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system optimizations to maximize efficiency.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on Workday Adaptive Planning features, industry trends, and emerging EPM technologies to enhance solution capabilities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Planning implementation and consulting.
- Strong FP&A and EPM background, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting.
- Understanding of Workday Adaptive Planning's integration with Workday HCM and Financials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to lead workshops, document business processes, and translate financial needs into system configurations.
- Experience working with multi-dimensional data modeling, driver-based planning, scenario modeling, and rolling forecasts.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, KPIs, variance analysis, and corporate finance principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Financial Analyst, FP&A Manager, or Corporate Controller.
- Workday Adaptive Planning certifications or related Workday credentials.
- Knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics and other Workday Financial tools.
- Consulting experience in EPM/FP&A solution implementations.
- Familiarity with automation, scripting, and integrations with third-party financial systems.
