What are the responsibilities and job description for the Airframe and Powerplant position at Sogeclair?
**Role Summary**
A&P Technicians play a crucial role in our business. They will troubleshoot, repair, inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft, often working directly with clients to help them find solutions.
Your Profile Matters to Our Success
- You hold a valid and current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
- You have a minimum of 3 years' corporate aircraft experience.
- You can interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
- You can read and interpret engineering documents and repair manuals.
- You can effectively communicate in English both written and verbal form on individual and/or aircraft status.
- You own a basic set of hand tools and can demonstrate inventory & control of tools.
- You must obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications, as required.
- You are able to work unscheduled overtime including non-scheduled workdays and holidays.
- You have basic PC skills.
- You can obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA), if applicable.
