What are the responsibilities and job description for the AWS Administrator position at Sogeti?
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Support and set up for AWS services
Experienced in the utilization of AWS services and infrastructure to support large and complex data platforms
Hands on experience on AWS Services like EC2, EBS, EFS, ELB, S3, IAM, VPC, Route53, CloudWatch, Autoscaling, IAM and CloudFront.
Managed servers on the AWS platform instances using Terraform
Creating EC2 instances, taking image backup, volume backup as needed.
Configuring Elastic Load Balancers (ELB) for distributing incoming application traffic across multiple EC2 instances.
Creating snapshots, AMIs, Elastic IPs and managing EBS volumes.
Configure horizontal scaling: Scale in and out using Auto Scaling, add and remove instance as needed to handle the growing workload.
Implementation and setup of VPC to deploy the instances on AWS Cloud for different environments like Dev, Readiness and Production.
Experience in troubleshooting Prod and Non-Prod issues, interacting with development and QA teams to fix the issues.
Must have at least 6 years of professional experience in AWS
