What You'll Do
As a Business Intelligence &Analytics Practice Manager at Sogeti you will have the opportunity to do : Consulting delivery Deliver billable consulting services for BIA to regional accounts Provide delivery leadership to BIA projects Sales and Pre-Sales Lead discussions related to various BI trends and thought leadership with business and IT executives Close new business and expand existing accounts, help close both small and long term business deals Pursuit Leadership : Assist AEs with developing presentations, pricing models, proposals and SOWs for BIA opportunities Practice Leadership Mentor consultants in BI&A practice Lead development of though leadership in various aspects of BI&A including Big Data, Analytics, Data Quality and Governance, Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Integration Education qualification
A bachelor's degree is required in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have :
Business Development experience including proposal support, presentations, writing SOWs Project Management and / or Scrum master experience. Experience with sales and / or delivery in the following Sogeti targeted sectors : Healthcare, Consumer Products / Retail / Distribution / Transportation, Manufacturing / Life Sciences, or General Business Services. Experience with delivering solutions delivered via a Global Delivery Model 10 years of experience various aspects of BI&A including Big Data, Analytics, Data Quality and Governance, Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Integration Self-starter who is able to work independently and with remote teams A seller / doer / leader personality who is comfortable doing all three aspects of practice management : Sales, Delivery and Practice Management Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation project (prefer multiple) Have strong exposure on creating and supporting enterprise scale BI infrastructure aligned with enterprise IT architecture In-depth experience with 2 or 3 technologies from among ETL, BI, MDM and Big Data The benefits our employees enjoy :
