Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for privacy initiatives, specifically the DSAR process, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define product goals and strategies, ensuring they are clearly communicated to technical teams.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of privacy-related initiatives.
- Prioritize features and requirements, making data-driven decisions to guide product development.
- Lead and manage the Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) process, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and handling sensitive data requests efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the privacy domain, with a focus on privacy regulations, compliance, and privacy technology solutions.
- Proven experience managing privacy-related projects, particularly in the DSAR process.
- Strong understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other global
- OneTrust experience is nice to have, but not required.
- Strong background in Agile development methodology.
- Excellent ability to write detailed product requirements and documentation.
- Experience developing roadmaps, creating product goals, and measuring KPIs.
- Experience working closely with technical teams on the implementation of privacy products and features.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to report to leadership and senior stakeholders clearly and concisely.
