POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

You would be hired as a permanent Sogeti Consultant. An expert in field who will provide guidance and experience a variety of exciting projects, work within different workplaces with diverse teams and various industries.

All Sogeti Prospective Candidates Must:

Possess a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree from an accredited institution.

Must have valid work authorization that does not currently and/or will not require future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US by Sogeti-Capgemini.

JOB SUMMARY

You will lead in the support and enhance reporting capabilities through advanced analytics tools. In addition, you will design reports and visualizations, collaborate with teams for data integration, to automate workflows, as well as to identify opportunities for process improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Document data interfaces.

Analyze and interpret data.

Data sourcing activities.

Develop business and technical requirement documents.

Document complex data mappings.

Design and execute data quality checks.

Design and execute data validation across multiple data sources using Alteryx.

Assist with data modeling.

Assist with project management and tracking; regular meetings with PMs and developers, create test plans, project plans, implementation plans and track project through SDLC life cycle.

Work with Developers to ensure specifications are understood and followed.

Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

Provide post-production support for both maintenance and enhancement solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently be locally residing in the Chicagoland area-non-locals or open to relocation will not be reviewed/considered.

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Information Science and/or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a business analytics role serving as a Lead or Manager.

Alteryx experience is required.

Experience with Salesforce Sales and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Strong SQL skills to query SQL databases.

Data Warehouse or Business Intelligence experience.

Extensive experience with data sourcing, profiling, cleansing and pruning.

Experience documenting complex data mappings.

Experience with data migrations between applications.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience in data integration and data quality projects.

Expertise in SDLC full project life cycle.

Project management experience

Client facing abilities to communicate technically complex IT concepts to business clients, stakeholders and teams.

Ability to multi-task easily and juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
