POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
You would be hired as a permanent Sogeti Consultant. An expert in field who will provide guidance and experience a variety of exciting projects, work within different workplaces with diverse teams and various industries.

Possess a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from an accredited institution.

JOB SUMMARY
You will lead and oversee design, development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards which provide actionable insights and lead other Developers. In addition, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure quality and accuracy of data visualizations to drive informed decision-making.

Certification in Microsoft Power BI or related technologies
We are looking for a bright minded, self-motivated, team player with a strong background and skilled with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and abilities with:
- 10 years of proven experience serving as a Power BI Lead or similar role adept at leading design, development and deployment of Power BI solutions.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate into technical requirements.
- Working with offshore teams, providing guidance and specific task details to team members.
- Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data modeling and ETL processes.
- Training and mentoring team members on Power BI and data visualization techniques.
- Staying current with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to continuously improve BI capabilities.
- Azure Data Services (Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory).
- Knowledge of other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality BI solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pre-Sales support/proposal building experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
