We are looking for a bright minded, self-motivated, team player with a strong background and skilled with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and abilities with:
- Strong hands-on experience in ADF, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Power BI, Automation, Azure Active Directory (AD), Azure monitor.
- Azure Purview/data governance services, Azure Analysis services, Azure Synapse, predictive analytics and machine learning.
- Exposure to Power Apps and Dataverse.
- End-to-end CI/CD implementation or DevOps process in data and analytics context.
- Managing and delivering large scale data modernization programs comprising of Data Engineering and Analytics.
- Managing complete end-to-end delivery of application management and application development services using engagement delivery methodologies.
- Defining architecture, design solutions, and developing, testing and implementing back-office applications with focus on Business Intelligence and Analytics.
- Leading cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for shaping and influencing key strategic decisions, as well as enhancing data-driven decision making, improving operational efficiency and fostering innovation across organization.
- Communicating with multiple business stakeholders to understand requirements and then draft high-level designs for architecture.
- Participating in architecture reviews/checkpoints to manage project risks, presentations of design approaches and project status risks and issues.
- Collaborating with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions, ensuring high performing data flows, data quality checks/balances and an extensible data model easily adaptable to new project requirements.
- Providing technical guidance or support for development or troubleshooting of systems.
- Providing direction and overseeing logical/physical data models that meet diverse set of business usage patterns.
- Developing best practices, guiding principles for solutions that align with enterprise data architecture patterns and providing data transformation and modernization roadmaps.
- Preparing solution approaches including: estimating work effort, understanding cross-project dependencies and resource planning.
- Determining target state technology skills needs and recommending team organization.
- Managing customer communication, expectations and escalations.
- Monitoring and controlling delivery of committed set of SLAs and key measures for portfolio of customer applications cutting across various customer business lines.
- Managing demand forecasting and report demand fulfillment against forecasted demand.
- Driving customer satisfaction across incidents and projects.
- Identifying and managing risks along with mitigation plans.
- Establishing daily, weekly and monthly governance structure with team members and customers and ensure periodic account reviews are conducted and critical issues are reported and addressed.
- Managing budgets, contracts, project plans, weekly reporting mechanisms associated with programs/projects to ensure schedule, budget and quality goals are met.
- Managing people/staff in assigned portfolio and conducting goal setting and evaluating team member performance against assigned goals.
- Mentoring, training and supervising, as well as conducting interviews with potential candidates for hiring in project(s).
