Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, working with Salesforce APIs, managing and customizing Salesforce Objects, integrating with external systems, and designing Omni-Channel workflows to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce components to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver responsive and modern Salesforce UI experiences.
- Understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns in order to Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Customize and configure standard and custom Salesforce Objects, page layouts, and record types. Experience working with Salesforce backend objects (custom objects, fields, relationships, etc.).
- Design and implement complex Omni-Channel workflows, including presence configurations, routing rules, and queue management to support service teams.
- Perform data modeling and work with large data volumes using SOQL, SOSL, and efficient database design practices.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce platform releases and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, governor limits, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Case Management, and sales force experience cloud
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) for building dynamic, responsive UIs.
- Experience integrating with Generative AI / LLM-based chatbots (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock).
