🔥 What You'll Do:
- Be the go-to contact for a portfolio of awesome clients
- Help clients expand their use of our platform and see real results
- Manage renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and boost retention
- Collaborate with Sales for smooth handoffs and onboarding
- Dive into client data to uncover trends, risks, and growth areas
👀 What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Account Management or Client Success (SaaS preferred)
- Excellent communication—presenting, writing, listening
- Confidence, calm, and ownership under pressure
- CRM-savvy and great with details
- Self-starter who loves to learn and collaborate
