The dedicated office exclusive to our team is in the Saugnash neighborhood of Chicago and we service 30 min into the surrounding north, NW, south, and W suburbs. We are one of the top teams in the state! We have helped over 300 clients buy or sell homes in the past three years with a small group of agents. HUGE numbers, and with that comes HUGE potential for those who are on our team! We offer a balanced base of clients consisting of traditional listings and extreme buyer opportunities. THE REQUIREMENTS :   You are a coachable, committed, hard-working, full-time agent who is sick and tired of low production and weak performance. You want something MORE! You are serious about a career, not collecting a commission check. You have the commitment and self-discipline to take your career and life to the top.

THE SUPPORT :  You will receive the support of our dedicated assistant. We also have one of the most robust CRM and outbound prospecting systems in the industry. Unlike most real estate agents, who work all by themselves, we believe in a true team model with specialists who each have a specific role to play in the process of selling a home. Our Administrative staff handles the details, which will free you to focus on the leads that we will supply as well as the appointments we help you set. We pay for the advertising, the support staff, client events, and the latest technology.  YOU SHOW UP AND SELL AND HELP PEOPLE  with the American Dream of Home Ownership!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :  A resume needs to be submitted in order to be considered for the position. Complete the DISC assessments and screening questions when you apply. Be prepared to provide professional references.

YOUR PROMISE TO US :  The Onboarding Process will require a full-time commitment. You will attend weekly time-blocked sessions to learn our systems and understand our tools. You will learn new skills and techniques. You will be provided a 30-60-90 day action plan and implement these actions. As your coach, we will hold you accountable. REQUIREMENTS :  An active State Real Estate License. Completed DISC assessment. Professional References.

Compensation :

  • Fully commissioned role with anticipated earnings of $129,500
  • Compensation :

    129,500 at plan earnings

  • Attend team functions, events, and meetings consistently to stay engaged and well-informed.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships within the real estate industry while delivering exceptional service.
  • Engage effectively with leads to nurture and successfully convert them into clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance value for both buyers and sellers.
  • Efficiently secure listing agreements and effectively sell properties to meet sales targets.
  • Streamline and expedite the sales process by pre-screening potential buyers.
  • Guide buyers through the purchasing process and assist them in reaching successful contract agreements.
  • Showcase properties effectively by regularly conducting open houses on behalf of the team leader.
  • Successfully close deals in a timely manner.
  • Qualifications :

  • The ideal candidate must commit to working as a full-time dedicated realtor and exhibit a high level of professionalism with a strong drive for continuous growth
  • Having or actively pursuing a real estate license is a mandatory requirement that demonstrates a solid dedication to the real estate industry to service 30 min from our dedicated office in Sauganash Chicago
  • Strong communication skills are vital for effectively engaging with clients and team members in the fast-paced real estate market environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills are crucial for efficiently managing tasks within the dynamic real estate landscape
  • Adherence to processes and systems is essential to ensure smooth operations and achieve optimal performance in the real estate
  • Proficiency in fundamental technical skills such as navigating the MLS, utilizing Google email / calendar, and conducting video conferences
  • Familiarity with customer relationship systems (CRM) is advantageous for maintaining client databases and enhancing interactions effectively
  • Submitting a resume, completing a DISC Assessment, and providing professional references are mandatory steps in the application process
  • Being a collaborative team player who values shared success and possesses strong interpersonal, coachable, and discipline to develop skills with resources provided and time management skills is critical for excelling in this position
