Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise direct patient care staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Participate in patient care planning and meetings.
- Provide patient education and administer medications.
- Supervise and participate in care plans.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Valid RN license in UT
- Minimum 9 months nursing experience, 3 months dialysis experience.
- CPR certification.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
