Opportunity
We’re looking for a new team member to join our family-oriented, flexible work environment. As a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, supporting sales activities, tracking project progress, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
What we offer:
- This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
- Pay will be determined based on experience, starting at $50,000 per year.

- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries by providing quotes and product information via phone, email, and text.
- Research and identify potential customers or business opportunities using various tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM systems, industry databases).
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure timely response to inquiries and to maintain engagement.
- Monitor project status, act as liaison between Operations Managers/Supervisors to communicate project updates, timelines, milestones and deadlines to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Coordinate, confirm and track appointments set by a third-party call center, ensuring that leads are properly followed up.
- Track call center performance and provide feedback on appointment outcomes to improve lead conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly, and work to resolve any problems that arise during the customer journey.
- Proactively follow up with existing customers to assess ongoing needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Support the development of customer-focused content, such as case studies, testimonials, and social media posts.
- Bachelor’s degree - Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or client relations roles.
- Experience in project management or coordination is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic marketing tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
