We're hiring a part-time Restaurant and Lounge Bartender for our Manchester, NH establishment.
We offer different part-time schedules based on the type of bartending you're interested in. The Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm shift provides a more focused, lower-volume role, while the Tuesday - Saturday, 5:00 pm - 1:00 am shift is a great fit for high-volume party animals. Our managing partner, Barry Longshaw has been in the restaurant and nightclub business for over 30 years and is skilled at creating an excellent upscale dining experience. At night, we invite local DJs to come and play music.
Our Restaurant and Lounge Bartender earns a base wage of $4.00/hour, with an earning potential of $300 - $500/day through tips! If you have a slow shift and the tips aren't coming in, we offer a minimum pay of $7.25/hour. Plus, you receive a 50% discount on meals during your shifts!
YOUR ROLE
Get ready to let your customer service skills shine while taking center stage behind our bar! Every day brings something a little different as you fill drink orders, follow cocktail recipes, and satisfy our guests. During lunch and dinner service, you focus on craft cocktails, serving food at the bar, and restocking your ingredients and glasses. If you join us for the night shift, you need to be quick, accurate, and great at interacting with guests.
