What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director, Client Services position at SoHo Experiential LLC?
In your capacity as Senior Director, you will oversee the creation, implementation and management of all Sampling and Ambassador driven programs. In this position, you will collaborate regularly with the client and our Agency Field Team to develop initial in-market strategies, evaluate program performance based on business KPIs, and course correct as needed. To accomplish these tasks, you will supervise a dedicated Client Services Team as well as provide oversight for reporting to ensure best-in-class programming for our client.

- Translate the vision of clients and brands into best-in-class Sampling & Ambassador programming by collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervise all members of the Client Services Team to ensure they are managing their responsibilities and client relationships.
- Serve as primary top-to-top contact for the SVP, Client Services regarding the client’s Sampling & Ambassadors programs.
- Cultivate relationships with Director-level clients to assess processes, measure results, and provide go-forward recommendations for programming to meet business priorities.
- Partner with National Field Activation Director to identify areas of synergy and opportunity between Client Services ways of working and Agency Field Team to drive efficiencies.
- Provide overall budget management by overseeing day-to-day financial tracking including POs, expense tracking, reconciliations, etc.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department and team members to provide ongoing and quarterly budget reconciliations.
- Approve your team’s operational expenses and program/activation purchases if applicable.
- Facilitate legal approval of SOWs (Schedules of Work) for the client.
- Provide oversight on all national spirits legal and compliance guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to client’s standard ways of working, program materials, workback calendars and any other guardrails set by the client.
- Oversight of all existing practices for Sampling and Ambassador workstreams including but not limited to:
- KPI setting aligned with client’s benchmarks and goals
- Various Reporting and proposed enhancements to capture business impact
- Ensuring alignment of existing training materials with learning objectives
- Ongoing evaluation of program materials and training needs
- Coaching Client Services Team on presentation and communication skills
- Supervise Client Services Team plus Analytics Supervisor to effectively analyze quantitative results and qualitative feedback to provide insights into respective program efficacy and direction for programming.
- Debrief key stakeholders to measure program efficacy and adjust as needed.
- Recruit, onboard, train new team members. Mentor and manage career development of direct reports, creating an environment that encourages open and constructive feedback on a regular basis.
- Empower and manage the clear setting of annual, quarterly, and daily priorities.
- Minimum 8 years combined relative industry experience - experiential marketing, sampling, and client service.
- Experience managing a team of 3-5 direct reports.
- Prior spirits experience is mandatory.
- Previous Ambassador management experience a plus.
- Field Marketing experience a plus.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, strategic thinker, and proactive problem solver.
- Proven track record of measuring performance data to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication/organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
- Strong budget management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com is ideal.

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
