Soho is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Designer to drive creative excellence across our portfolio of new and existing business. As a key member of our creative team, you’ll provide innovative design solutions for all 2D and 3D assets, branded content, pitches, and presentations.
This is a full-time role and requires a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to generate innovative, on-brand, and engaging creative solutions.
- Conceptualize and design 3D environments, installations, and experiential elements that enhance the creative vision.
- Lead design efforts for pitches, presentations, and marketing materials that captivate and inspire clients.
- Rapidly sketch, comp, and design to bring ideas to life, clearly communicating concepts to stakeholders.
- Drive the creation of visually compelling pitch presentations, working closely with Client Service and Business Development teams.
- Interpret client goals, style guides, and project requirements, ensuring alignment with brand and budget parameters.
- Develop and maintain fresh, impactful internal brand assets, including web design and presentation templates.
- Lead AI-driven design initiatives across the creative department, exploring innovative applications and integrating AI tools into design processes.
- Provide support, mentorship, and oversee the internal and freelance design team, providing clear direction, coordination, and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
