Our Impact:
The Workforce Optimization and Strategy team within the Enterprise Operations and Technology Division is seeking a Workforce Optimization and Strategy Associate II. The candidate will play a key support role to the team and the division by providing a consultative approach as we execute our workforce and human capital strategy by driving efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience programs to support our divisional objectives.
Candidate will support our team:
Documents - prepare documents, handouts, or presentations for meetings. They may also be responsible for filing documents and maintaining databases.
Procedures - develop and implement administrative procedures. They may also document protocols and processes related to team calendars.
Administrative Support - coordinates various project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across different teams.
Calendars - manage calendars, including team calendars. They may review calendars weekly and follow up with team members on any concerns. They may also document protocols and processes related to calendars.
Communications - Facilitating communication between different stakeholders within the program, including team members, stakeholders, and leadership
Your Impact:
Utilize large data sets to forecast staffing needs, identify trends, and optimize divisional workforce performance
Create and maintain divisional reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategically aligned metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity
Support data-driven initiatives and risk remediation opportunities to assess operational effectiveness
Support location and workspace logistical planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience
Minimum 3 years of Workforce Optimization, Programming, and / or Strategy experience
Strong skills in MS Office Suite- specifically PowerPoint and Excel
Demonstrated ability to utilize analytical tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Ability to manage project plans and action plans on time

Communicate effectively orally and in writing
Apply data visualization techniques for executive level reporting
Adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous situations
Able to manage competing priorities and deliverables
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workforce optimization, strategy and analytics
