Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Admin Intern to assist with various accounting and administrative tasks. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of accounting, helping with tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and files.
- Support the preparation and processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Help reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Help with inventory management and tracking.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
- Answer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account details.
- Help with audits and other special accounting projects. Qualifications :
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
