Position Overview : We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving growth in both commercial and residential sectors.
This role involves managing a team of approximately 20-25 direct reports, including commercial and residential sales representatives and customer service support staff.
Your primary focus will be on increasing market share, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the successful execution of key performance indicators (KPIs). The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 per year plus bonus.
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.
