What We’re Looking For
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Set Up Crew Members who are passionate about the wedding and event industry and want to get hands-on experience in an exciting, fast-paced environment. As a member of our crew, you’ll be involved in setting up and preparing our venue for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and more. From arranging tables and chairs to setting linens, light cleaning, and ensuring everything is organized, you’ll have a front-row seat to the magic of event creation.
This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to gain real-world experience in the event industry, learn how to orchestrate spectacular events, and work alongside a supportive, talented team.

· Flexible Hours: This part-time position allows you to work around your schedule with shifts that typically range from 9am-12pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We offer a flexible schedule that’s posted one month in advance, allowing you to plan ahead and balance work, school, or other commitments.
· Learning Opportunities: See the behind-the-scenes action of events from the ground up, and get the chance to work directly with event staff to assist with everything from setup to tear-down.
· Growth Potential: In addition to your set up duties, you may have the chance to help as Event Staff during events – expanding your skills and experience in the event industry.
Qualifications
We’re looking for reliable, professional individuals (students are welcome!) who thrive in a dynamic environment. You must be punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering the highest standard of service. Flexibility is key as shifts are based on the event schedule, so an adaptable and dependable attitude is a must.
Pay & Benefits
· Hourly rate starting at $15 per hour
· Weekly hours typically range from 9-20 hours, based on event schedule.
