Soil-Tek Solutions is an erosion control and landscape company. We are located in downtown Norcross and have been providing our services for over 17 years. We are a growing company and looking to add to our team.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone
- Type quotes/documents in Word and Excel
- Manage and enter Accounts payable, track purchase orders and run occasional reports
- General housekeeping of reception/kitchen area
- Filing and maintaining Employee records, Accounts Receivables, Equipment/Maintenance Records
- New Employee Onboarding
- Work with company vendors and suppliers including billing, audits, orders, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining/ordering of office supplies, uniforms, equipment parts and materials
- Bi-lingual is a plus
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
- Proficient in Quickbooks
