What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shuttle Ambassador - Menlo Park position at Soiree Valet?
Location: Menlo Park, CA, USA
Hours: P/T Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 11 AM or 3 PM - 7 PM
Soiree Valet provides ground transportation management on a large corporate campus. Shuttle Ambassadors also known as Customer Service Representatives provide real time updates and wayfinding services for arriving and departing associates. If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy helping people, join our team as a Shuttle Ambassador
As a Shuttle Ambassador, you have the opportunity to create a lasting impression.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting associates as they arrive on campus via passenger coaches and rideshare
- Providing directions and real time updates utilizing handheld devices
- Providing information on departing shuttles
- Maintaining incident reports and follow escalation procedures
- Complimentary snacks and meals are available either before or after shifts
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have a clean California drivers license
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk throughout the shift and work in all weather condition
$25/hour
