What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campaign Coordinator position at Sojern?

The Role:

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and team centered individual to join our operations team. As a Campaign Coordinator at Sojern, you will play an integral part of an ad campaign's journey by trafficking said ad campaigns, utilizing analytical skills, and learning the tenets of project management. Campaign Coordinators play the foundational role by partnering with Customer Support Managers, Analysts, and more. You will ensure ad campaigns are successfully launched and provide continued support to achieve clients’ goals. To thrive, you must work well with people, be comfortable using data, make data-driven decisions, have a well-rounded business skill set, and be enthusiastic to learn more about the role and company.

This role is the first part of a development program where you will build a foundation of knowledge in the digital marketing landscape. This is a great opportunity to start getting valuable online marketing experience and a stepping stone to start working at Sojern in other internal, professional roles. What you will do:

  • Partner with sales representatives to derive inventory availability.

  • Coordinate with ad operations to ensure campaigns are successfully launched by uploading creatives, creating pixels and troubleshooting technical problems.

  • Work directly with Sojern Customer Support Managers and Analysts on daily workload needs, client reporting and ad hoc projects.

  • Demonstrate an interest in data and digital marketing.

  • Investigate and solve data driven problems.

What you bring to the table: 

  • Highly developed computer skills with experience using MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and Google applications.

  • Bachelors in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field. (Business Intelligence & Analytics, Economics, Finance, and Math a plus), but is not limited to those degrees.

  • Experience in problem solving, identifying trends and formulating recommendations.

  • Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail.

  • Capability to manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Proven track record of exceeding expectations.

  • Understanding of the online advertising industry is preferred.
