We're hiring for a hybrid, part-time position encompassing both Housekeeping Inspection and Front Desk duties, requiring availability 3 days a week. If you're passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining impeccable standards, this role is for you. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring our guests' comfort by meticulously inspecting accommodations and public areas, while also serving as the welcoming face of Sojourn Suites, managing reservations and guest services with professionalism and warmth. Excitingly, Sojourn Suites is embarking on a comprehensive hotel renovation and will be opening a brand-new restaurant starting in April! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Duties: 1. Manages room cleaning operations to insure methods meet company and brand standards and keeps room cleaning deficiencies to a minimum. 2. Inspects assigned units each day, insuring that all standards are met and corrective action is taken by attendants as required. Inspect all VIP rooms daily. 3. Insures all standards of operation are operating effectively such as linen & inventory control procedures, rotation of mattresses, key control procedures, safety and security procedures, storeroom organization and cart stocking, lost and found. 4. Responds promptly and follows through on guest complaints in effective and friendly manner. 5. Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel. 6. Uses suggestive selling techniques to upsell hotel rooms according to hotel standard procedures
