Position Overview
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for processing accounts payable, assisting with month-end close tasks, managing payroll processing, and maintaining precise financial documentation. This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with at least one year of accounting experience and a passion for meticulous financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Receive and process invoices promptly and accurately.
- Month-End Close Tasks: Assist with the entry of owner charges and prepare owner financial reports.
- Payroll Processing: Support payroll-related tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and update financial systems as required.
- Credit Card Receipt Tracking: Monitor and reconcile receipts to support expense management.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Adapt to dynamic needs within the accounting team and company operations.

- Proven experience with payroll processing.
