As an Autism Services Director, you will lead our multidisciplinary team in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
About the Position
- This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
- You will work closely with the team to administer assessments, create reports, and utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for client programs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the development of individualized programming based on the needs of clients and their caregivers.
- Ensuring compliance with the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies.
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress and program changes.
We are looking for compassionate and experienced professionals with a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field, and a minimum of two years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB is required.
