Compassionate Hospice Care Specialist

At SojouRN, we're seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join our extraordinary care team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
  • Support patients in surrounding areas, consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting
  • Self-manage time and schedule

The ideal candidate will have an RN license in the state of work, two years of RN experience with hospice experience preferred.

Schedule and Shift Details

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, one weekend on-call every 5-7 weeks (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, 8pm-8am)

Travel Requirements

Occasional local travel
