Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) licensure in the state of Illinois.
- 3 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a home health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
