We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy and valid licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Physical Therapy assessments and develop treatment programs for patients in their homes.
- Record and report patient progress, including reactions to treatment and condition changes.
- Instruct patients and caregivers in therapy programs and device use.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants and certified nursing assistants as needed.
- Prepare reports and participate in staff development activities.
Schedule and Shift Details
- The schedule includes Monday-Friday day shifts with varying start and end times based on patient needs.
- A weekend shift every 6 weeks (Saturday and Sunday day shifts with scheduled patients) and 2 holidays per year (1 summer and 1 winter, rotating basis).
- No on-call responsibilities.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
- 1 years of experience in healthcare settings.
- A valid Regular Driver License.
