Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team. Our ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy, a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA), and a minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare settings, preferably in home health or hospice care.
Key Responsibilities:
