We require a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at SojouRN. This role involves working under physician direction using radioactive materials for diagnosis and treatment of human disease.
Job Overview
- The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing dosages of radioactive materials, administering to patients, operating nuclear instruments, and preparing test information for the physician.
- This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and perform duties as requested by supervisor.
Key Requirements:
- High School education required.
- 2 years of experience in ANY of the following: Nuclear Medicine, Nuclear Pharmacy, or Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS), American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS), American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS).
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position with Monday through Friday 7am-3pm shifts, some flexibility possible. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of medical isotopes and their applications in diagnosis and treatment.
