What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile X-Ray Technician position at SojouRN?
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile X-Ray Technician to join our team at SojouRN. As a Mobile X-Ray Technician, you will be responsible for providing mobile X-Ray services to various healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit/transmit them for interpretation
- Transport and unload portable X-Ray equipment from company provided vehicles
- Perform EKGs and transmit them for interpretation
- Scan exam related paperwork/billing documents on a daily basis
You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with colleagues and clients. A valid Covid 19 vaccination is required.
Requirements:
1 years of experience in Radiology, Mammography, or Echocardiogram (echo) using Meditech RAD – Radiology or similar software. Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Massachusetts is mandatory.
