Job Perks
Licensure: FNP-C, APRN and RN licensure per the MN Board of Nursing. Maintain current BLS, and ACLS or PALS certification.
Experience: 1 year of family practice, urgent care, pediatrics or dermatology. Interest in holistic care and improving the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) is a plus!

- Telehealth first care, and in-person home visits by the nurse practitioner (NP) when needed
- No insurance credentialing necessary
- Provide patients with convenient and accessible care
- Spend as much time with patients as you deem necessary
- Provide care independently, while working with a collaborative team on tough cases!
- A nurse practitioner (NP) to Provide primary and urgent care services virtually (via messaging and videochats) and in-person (in patient's home or at their place of work)
- Ensure patient information, visit history, refer outs, lab follow-up, phone calls, and consults are properly documented in an EHR
- Help patients manage and understand medications
- Proficiency with blood draws (or willing to learn!)
- A current, valid driver's license and good driving record is required
- Physical requirements may include the ability to lift-up to 30 lbs
