Job Description
This is a 13-week travel job requiring 40 hours of work per week with 8-hour shifts. The successful candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation environment, working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care as prescribed, including evaluation and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and report billing information to the Director of Physical Therapy.
- Assist with transfers, gait, and balance assessments, as well as manual manipulation of patients' body parts and limbs.
- Participate in development and presentation of in-services for the facility, as requested.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current certification with the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Licensed by the State in the designated geographic area in their respective therapy profession.
