Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Details
This is a full-time position that involves working under the direction of a physician using radioactive materials for diagnosis and treatment of human disease.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing dosages of radioactive materials, administering to patients, and operating nuclear instruments.
- Preparing test information for physicians and following their instructions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine, Nuclear Pharmacy, or ARRT certification.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS), American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS), or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS) certification.
