Job Title: School Services Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified School Services Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting.
Responsibilities
- Select and administer assessments for learners, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
- Develop reports on functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
- Develop individualized programming based on the needs of clients and caregivers.
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of related professional experience working with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
- Ability to move freely and quickly from a seated position to a standing position and lift items up to 50 lbs occasionally.
