Key Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy assessments of patient functioning levels and develop treatment plans.
- Provide guidance and instruction to patients and family members on developed therapeutic procedures and adaptive approaches.
- Conduct functional and cognitive re-evaluations as indicated to assess the need for revisions in the treatment plan.
- Maintain accurate clinical and progress notes and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner according to Agency policy.
The Occupational Therapist will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
