What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapy Services Specialist position at SojouRN?
We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes through our comprehensive therapy services. As a Physical Therapist on our Home Health team, you will play a vital role in assessing patient functioning levels, developing treatment programs, and instructing patients and caregivers on therapy programs and device use.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois.
- Experience working in healthcare settings preferred.
Schedule and Shift Details:
- This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, day shift (start & end times vary based on the patient needs). You will also work one weekend every 6 weeks (Saturday & Sunday day shift w/scheduled patients) and two holidays per year (1 summer, 1 winter on a rotating basis).
