Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service. This position requires proficiency in computerized systems and excellent organizational skills.

Duties:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly

- Manage appointments and schedules

- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

- Maintain a tidy reception area

- Assist with administrative duties as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in an office or similar setting is a plus

- Proficiency in computerized systems, Wolfepak is a plus

- Strong clerical and proofreading skills

- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette

- Ability to multitask effectively
