Pumper/Lease Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and skilled Lease Operator to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of oil and gas production equipment, ensuring efficient production processes while adhering to safety regulations. This role requires a strong mechanical background and knowledge of pipeline operations, construction sites, and drilling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain oil and gas production equipment, including tanks, pumps, and compressors.
• Monitor production levels and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
• Conduct regular inspections of pipelines and equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams on site to build or dig necessary infrastructure for production operations.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, maintenance activities, and inventory levels.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime in production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the oil and gas industry or related field preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various types of equipment safely.
• Familiarity with pipeline construction processes and safety regulations is a plus.
• Experience working on construction sites or in roles that require physical labor is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to various job sites as needed.
