As the Operations Manager for Payments and FX, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our payment processing and foreign exchange services. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations within the firm, with a primary focus on chargebacks, disputes, and payment transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Payment Processing and Chargeback Management:
- Involved in the end-to-end process of payment transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage chargeback and dispute resolution processes, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to minimize financial losses and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures with the Compliance Team to prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, leveraging industry best practices and cutting-edge technology.
- Foreign Exchange and Payment Operations:
- Monitor FX any payment activities, to resolve any operational issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline FX operations and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal operational policies related to payments, chargebacks, and FX transactions.
- Process Improvement and Innovation:
- Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and automation of operations, leveraging technology and data analytics.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and service enhancement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and features.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments, proactively adapting operations to meet evolving market demands.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in payments operations, with a strong focus on chargebacks, disputes, and payments.
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role, with demonstrated success in team management and development is desirable but not essential.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to payments and FX services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
