We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to be our creative visionary, elevating our brand identity, innovating with fresh ideas, and driving consistency across all visual touchpoints.
ABOUT THE ROLE :
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Brand Designer will lead the creative direction and execution of the brand's visual identity. This role is ideal for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer who thrives on storytelling through visuals and delivering impactful designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the brand's creative presence across digital, social, and in-store platforms, ensuring consistency and innovation in every project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Own and elevate the brand's creative vision, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and aligns with marketing goals.
- Create and execute marketing collateral, including graphic design, photography edits, and video assets.
- Drive consistency in design across all platforms, including still visuals, photography, video production, visual merchandising, and in-store and digital marketing touchpoints.
- Lead the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to execution, delivering high-quality, on-brand assets.
- Develop and manage production calendars for campaigns, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Deliver daily assets (using Illustrator or Photoshop) to support team needs and ongoing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute cohesive, high-impact campaigns and ad hoc assets.
- Create design guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
- Oversee and manage external creative talent, including photographers and videographers.
- Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling assets that drive engagement and support business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends to keep designs fresh, innovative, and competitive.
- Advocate for creative vision and provide constructive feedback to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
- Maintain organized creative drives and workflows for easy access and collaboration.
- Ideate and provide conceptual direction for all video shoots.

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $60,000-$75,000..
Compensation for the role will be determined based on permissible, non discriminatory factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
